Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Downloadable digital products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Products marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
